USA based trio of Agnes Abu, Janet Amponsah and John Ampomah shine in latest rankings.

The US based trio of Agnes Abu, Janet Amponsah and John Ampomah recorded some of the most notable performances in the latest Ghana Athletics Association Rankings released on 28 March.

Barton County middle distance runner Agnes Abu stopped the clock in a personal best of 4:33.89; Janet Amponsah clocked 11.12s at the Texas Relays, albeit with a strong following wind of 5.1 m/s and John Ampomah recorded his 2nd best ever mark of 75.87m (less than 5 inches away from his national record) at the Georgia Tech Invitational.
